Create your account first.
Go to your Profile page and upload your documents.
Post a buy/sell offer or browse offers in the marketplace.
Start by registering, then complete your KYC from the Profile page. After approval, you can post offers and send trade requests.
KYC is required to unlock live trading features and reduce fraud and unsafe trading activity.
Go to Post Buy Offer or Post Sell Offer, select your currencies, enter your amounts, and submit the form.
Open an offer from the marketplace, enter the amount you want, and send a trade request.
Use Sent Requests to track your requests. When a request becomes active, open the Trade Room and follow the next step shown there.
No. Communication should stay inside the platform. Sharing direct contact details is restricted.
Pending means the request is waiting. Accepted means the seller approved it. Awaiting funding means both sides confirmed and payment should begin. Payment sent means the buyer marked payment as sent. Payment confirmed means the seller confirmed receipt.
